Welcome to INSARC. By using our service, you agree to applicable laws and these terms. INSARC is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You are responsible for your account security and activity under it.

1. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the service, harass others, or violate third-party rights.
• You remain responsible for content you submit and for outputs you implement with your own tools.

2. Service & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits, and pricing may change; we will communicate material changes where reasonable.

3. Accounts & credits

New accounts may receive a limited number of credits for full pipeline runs (architecture blueprint and step-by-step prompts), as shown in the product. Credits and tiers are described in-app and may change over time.

4. Payments & refunds

Digital goods and services are delivered immediately. All sales are final for subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs.

We may, at our sole discretion, refund only if a technical failure prevented delivery (e.g. duplicate charge, confirmed system error). Contact us within 7 days of the incident at yoxgaux@gmail.com.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, INSARC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
